- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience with this branch was enough that I closed my accounts and will not be opening one again. I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but the poor customer service, attitudes of the banking staff, and cumbersome policies were too much. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I struggled with this branch of 5/3 for nearly 3 years because it's within walking distance of my house. Looking back I'm not sure whether my bad experience was do more to the banks overall policies or the inconsistencies and general lack of knowledge and customer service of the local employees. I'm leaning toward the latter. Not everyone I've spoken to has shared my experience though.
